Hearth Rye

We use 100% rye sourdough starter, fermented cracked rye and a mixture of Carolina Ground rye flour and wheat flour to create a unique rye flavor and texture - fruity and hearty, with a soft crumb. Does not contain caraway seeds. Vegan.
